中華創新發明學會與俄羅斯國際發明協會擔任共同主辦，共有來自海內外14個國家（台灣、印尼、中國、香港、泰國、阿拉伯聯合大公國、日本、俄羅斯、克羅埃西亞、塞爾維亞、哈薩克、印度、摩洛哥、韓國等）參與，總參賽件數為456件。
